How do I find events near me?

Browse the Events home page, use Search, or open a city hub such as Dar es Salaam or Nairobi to see upcoming public events on Vibes.

How do I book tickets?

Open an event, choose your ticket tier, and complete checkout. Paid bookings receive a gate-ready QR pass in your Vibes wallet after payment confirms.

Where is my ticket after I book?

Sign in and open My bookings from your profile. Each confirmed booking includes a QR code you can show at the gate.

Can I get a refund?

Refund rules depend on the organizer and event. Check the event page or contact the organizer listed on your booking receipt if you need help.

How do I become an organizer on Vibes?

Apply at /org/apply with your organizer profile, verification details, and payout information. Our team reviews applications before dashboard access is granted.
